While exploring Kirti Nagar market, I just happened to visit “Lovely Interiors” and liked the furniture on display. My discussion with Mr. Charanjeet Singh (owner of ‘Lovely Interiors) gave me a feeling that he is a genuine guy and can manufacture furniture as per my needs (aka dimensions). He showed me his own workshop and the kind of stuff he was manufacturing for other customers. Finally, I gave him an order of one queen bed, two kid’s beds, one chester and 3 side tables. He promised me to deliver everything in 10 days! From my past experience, I am aware how various shops in Kirti Nager market promise delivery in XYZ days but extend the deadline as per their convenience. However, I was surprised when Mr. Charanjeet Singh gave me a call on the 10th day to pick up my furniture. Upon inspection, I found the Furniture to be of very high quality and exactly as per my dimensions. Not just this, he was also closely involved in coordinating with people who were transporting my furniture and ensured the furniture reaches me safely. My experience of buying many things from Kirti Nager market has convinced me that there are less than 1% genuine shops there and ‘Lovely Interiors’ of Mr. Charanjeet Singh is one of them, for sure. I wrote this long review only because I felt that he deserves to be mentioned and appreciated for his work. I am sure he will reach heights in his business if he continues this good work. The shop has a very vast variety, good quality and upto date furniture. The staff was very humble and helped us customise the product as per our need. The bed was delivered to us on time. Thank you 🤩
